Saw Mrs. Woodbury on Sat. & all is right about the California Pamphlet, which is going on very well. in Mr. V-'s hands.

Mr. H. Smith's paper reads very well, & something may come of it.

I suppose you will wish to settle what small account remains open between you & me: viz. Constitution, Curriculum et ceteraAs Written:&c– in all only $8Editorial Note: $8.00 in 1886 is the equivalent of $230.61 in 2021. = 16 hours.
