Dear Dr Eddy

Mrs Philbrick has spoken so warmly of you and your influence, that it seems as though you were a blessing in the midst of the landIsa 19:24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land: - and therefore dear to every heart that has a love for the welfare of humanity - I have been so much impressed by your bookEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, I felt like throwing all business overboard and joining in the glorious work - Recent heavy loses will prevent this I fear, but as I am east I feel I would like to have a short (or long if possible) conversation with you, but the note on page 8 makes me hesitate until I know whether you would kindly oblige me - Believe me

Dear Madam

Yours sincerely
James M. Whitehead.
