My dear loved Teacher

Your letter of the 29Editorial Note: This letter is not extant. received. and let me assure you had I wings I would fly to your side this morning. and try to fill your dear heart full of the sweetness of the shadow of this life, that haply to a higher world belong: It is with regret I heard of the course Mrs Silsbee has taken. It pains me when I think how much you have to contend with. but I know you have truth to sustain you in your many trials. and all will be well. I have had several pamphlets As Written: phamphlets sent me. all of which present me new thoughts.

Your writings can fill all blanks and compensate for all losses, and recompense As Written: recompence full and sweet is your.

I know loved Teacher you must feel at times like some storm wearied bird that seeks the shore. away from this dream of life. where the enemy are mainly trying to make the drama of your life a grievous As Written: grievious cross, but they cannot As Written: can not accomplish their As Written: there bitter laws of oppression they As Written: thy cannot As Written: can not slay the truth, its wounds will close by the heavenly virtues of its own nature no barrier to your progress can be found, for every truth. every noble thing, is unfolded by the clear wells of your beautiful truths, I would like to see you so very much, and hope I may have the pleasure before many months shall pass

I think of you often and long to see your dear face again as in days gone by

Mr Sherman and myself have joined the association, and my dear Sister Miss Platt wishes to Join. would you please advise the association here to suspend the rules and admit her, She having gone through your class,

We are all well and happy. and will never swerve for one moment from Our exalted principles of truth but Shall ever remain loyal and true through all trying ordeals which we are called to pass through my sister sends her best love and best wishes. also Mr Sherman wishes to be remember with his heartfelt sympathy.

I have been called away from my letter so many times since I sit down to write you. with patients and callers. but will send this missive to tonight As Written: night so you will get it Saturday or Monday

I love to write you and do so love to hear from you my love teacher
