Dear Sir -

My Husband requested me to write to you for information in regard to your next Class at the College - whether Mrs Eddy has set As Written: sett any time yet - and the question is often asked me by others -

I have not received my BooksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy — yet although constantly looking for them – I should not care had I not taken money from several in advance for them - a gentleman Mr Little of FreeportEditorial Note: Freeport, Illinois wanted to pay me for half dozen in advance the other day - I told him to send to the College himself for them I wanted no more money in advance - It speaks well for the spread of the ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science I think such a demand — There As Written: Their is no doubt but Mr Whitehead has gone over to the Enemy from the way he has acted with my Students inveighing them into his Office and offering to treat them and he also advised them not to go to the C. S. A- He even admits that He has made a contract with the Enemy till the first of July - He succeeded in pulling the wool over Miss Browns Eyes until very lately She has invited him to Her House evenings and made him acquainted with all of Her Students and everyoneAs Written:every ones else's that would come –

Miss Brown told me that Mrs Lathrop had not written to Mrs Eddy neither has she written to me since she went East to study- I have heard indirectly that she was doing well-

I understand that Mr B. Sherman. received His BooksEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy last Monday- Mrs Bell was quite disappointed As Written: dissappointed that she did not learn the particulars in regard to going to New York for she would have gone Miss Brown did not tell her that any other Ladies were going and she thought she would have to go alone-

I received a notice from Mrs Eddy in regard to Teaching more generally– I was just thinking that I would not Teach anymoreAs Written:any more for a year or so on account of the care of the Students and I feel such a responsibility of them afterwards - I am beginning to feel very slightly a little of what Mrs Eddy has had to contend with in Students —

Please send the Books as soon as you can -
