I enclose some cash, and will put the order on a separate sheet for convenience.

I do not purpose to tax your time very much in this; but it would relieve me very much if you would send me an early reply, saying what should be our attitude As Written: atitude toward, Mr Buswell, Mrs Read, and some others who seem to be consorting with the "mind-curers."

I do not mean; how I shall talk about them to others; for I avoid that, but, are they to be considered of us. Do you regard them as ScientistsEditorial Note: Christian Scientists in its true sense. My own Judgment As Written: Judgement has been, were they true to "science"Editorial Note: Christian Science they would be true to their teacher, and avoid all appearance of being with any others; and not so studiously remain silent about "Christian Science" and its discoverer. You will be pleased to learn that we have secured the parlors of "Plymouth CongregationalAs Written:Cong'l Church here, for a number of free public lectures. Our first is to be next Tuesday the 20th instantAs Written:ins't.

A prophet is without honour in his own country.Matt 13:57 And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. Mark 6:4 But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. Luke 4:24 And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country. John 4:44 For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country. I know; but it seems that the FatherEditorial Note: God is leading me in this, and I know I have your prayers for the success, of whatever is to promote the spreading of the Gospel of healing.

I have so much desired to take a normal course before beginning public talks at home; but something hinders. so we determined to wait no longer, lest some pretender might come in.

It is painful As Written: painfull to see the misleading of Swarts work throughout the west, what a fate is to be meted to one sowing such seed.
