In reply to your communication of 8thEditorial Note: This letter is not extant. I have to advise you that it has been decided that this office has no power to mutilate or alter a record of copyright once made in pursuance of application.

The only way to accomplish your object would be by a new entry. The error quoted was in printed title sent by you.
