My Dear Mrs Eddy:

Your letters of the 1st, and 5thEditorial Note: These letters are not extant. rec'd. In regard to teaching I shall, of course, be glad to impart what understanding of C. S.Editorial Note: Christian Science I am able though my idea of "ready and fit to be taught" may be a little too high to get many students. I have one patient who will without doubt study as soon as she is a little farther out of beliefs. ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science has wrought a great work in her and the impossible(?) thing has been accomplished. The morphine habit acquired during her many years of suffering has yielded and the disuse As Written: dis-use of the drug was followed by neither sinking or weakness. Her spiritual perception was so clear in realizing the omnipresence of infinite Life and Love there was no sense of fear or loss. Such happiness!

I scarcely need tell you I am feeling much better than when I last wrote. I move along slowly growing less blind and less weak in dealing with mortal - belief - mind.

Have just had a very speedy demonstration in a case supposed to be a severe attack of pneumonia. People must soon learn how quickly and safely ScienceEditorial Note: Christian Science settles these acute claims.

I think I shall get along better now,
