Dear Mrs. Glover,

Mr. Barry made us a pleasant visit and interested us by his modesty and intelligence.

I shall endeavor to meet your friends, the Christian Scientists at your house on Wednesday evening next. You very kindly propose my remaining overnightAs Written:over night in LynnEditorial Note: Lynn, Massachusetts. This will give me full time to continue till the close of your session.

Mrs Alcott will be unable to accompany me, but wishes me to thank you for your kind invitation. She seldom leaves home, and only for a short ride about our village.

Mr. Sanborn, of the Springfield As Written: Sprinfield Republican has your bookEditorial Note: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. and should find much to respect and commend in its spirit and teachings He did not write the worthless notice which you sent me.
